Your custom shoes are made by hand:
After I finished designing the shoes all the images, colors, patterns, shapes, sizes and locations of the design are sent to a computer where the shoes are manufactured and assembled by hand that computer adjust the images to fit each of your shoes individual patterns in your requested size. Those patterns are then cut out of the shoe material, the holes for the eyelets are punched and the eyelets are pressed into place. Now, the patterns are sprayed with a pretreatment to help the ink adhere to the fabric fibers. Next, your chosen designs are printed on each pattern using a Direct to Garment printer, After printing your garment passes through a conveyor dryer to set the ink and make it durable. The patterns are then sewn together to form the shoe’s upper part. Next rubber pellets are heat-injected into a mold to form the soles of the shoes in your size.
Once the soles have cooled, they’re removed from the mold and attached with glue and stitching to the printed upper part of the shoe. To make sure the souls never separate from the shoe they are put into a pneumatic sole press until the glue has dried. Next your shoes go through a quality control check and then to packing and finally shipping. Your custom handmade shoes are now finished. This process typically takes 4 to 7 days.
