Then all the images that come on the product you picked are sized to fit each pattern perfectly to make a cohesive design. Next, the patterns are pretreated to ensure the artwork adheres properly and is durable. Now the artwork is sized the images that go with your product are printed on each individual pattern using a Directed to Garments Printer. The patterns are then passed through a specialized conveyor heater, which dries and sets the ink assuring it’s durable and long-lasting. Now, all the patterns are sewn together by hand. Depending on your product, additional features like eyelet holes are punched out and the eyelets are pressed in, buttons, zippers, drawstrings, straps, or other custom elements are added at this stage. Your finished product then undergoes a thorough quality control check, and then on to the shipping department, where it is packaged and handed over to the shipping courier. This entire process, completed by skilled hands, takes approximately four to 8 days.
